Progressive Approaches to Online Publishing (TBD)

Advancements in digital technology and the web are breaking down the barriers of traditional publishing, revolutionizing how we create and distribute content. As a new platform for publishing, the web enables more progressive and collaborative ways of organizing information. In this rapidly evolving publishing landscape, how are artistic creators from a variety of disciplines using the current web space? In what ways are they exploring the web’s untapped potential?

This project seeks to answer these questions, capturing the creative and experimental practices occurring at the intersection of the web and publishing. Writers, designers, artists, editors, publishers, booksellers, developers, and other professionals across the spectrum of online publishing, who employ creative and progressive approaches, have shared their perspectives on the present and future of the web through interviews.

Project will be published in a book and selected portions of the interviews will also be made available on our accompanying website. Both the book and website are intended to provide a space to showcase the unique and innovative strategies of individual creators, while sparking conversations about the possibilities of publishing in the digital age.
